Set up times for our show

We realise the importance of the smooth and punctual running of any event and this is especially relevant for your Wedding Day. For corporate, festival, Christmas party nights, Dinner dances etc. our road crew will arrive 2 hours prior to the official start of the event. This is to assure that the sound and lighting equipment is set up and checked and that there will be no interruptions during meals or speeches. It also assures that the band are ready to start when asked.

On Your Wedding Day

In most cases the size of the function room does not allow for a band to set up prior to the Wedding Breakfast. In our case, we would be more than happy and indeed much rather to set up before the Wedding Party arrive if the hotel can facilitate this. This is a question that the Bride or Groom to be, might ask the banqueting manager. It really would assure a smooth transition from meal to entertainment and we would provide our sound system for speeches. Most other bands make an extra charge to "set up" prior to the wedding party arrival but WE DO NOT. All we ask is that a meal is provided for the band after they have set up their equipment. If we cannot set up until after your meal then it will take us 30 to 45 mins. and were ready to start our show.

Performance Times

Our show is based around a 2hour 30 min "NON STOP" performance. Our aim is to keep the dance floor full and for those who would rather sit and watch we promise we will have them singing along and tapping their feet! If a buffet is being served during our show we can take a 15 min break if you wish.

How to book Champagne

If you wish to book our show just call any of the telephone numbers listed on the contact page or you may wish to make an E-Mail enquiry, then give us your telephone number and we will call you back. Depending on how far in advance, we will hold a date for you for up to 4 weeks. On confirmation of a booking we do require a deposit and we will send you a receipt and engagement confirmation by return (this insures that when you book us there will be no changes or cancellations). In extreme circumstances beyond the control of either party, where the booking can't be completed your deposit will be returned.

Our sound and lighting Rig

As with any good show we carry a very professional sound and lighting rig. The sound quality and visual aspect of any show is so important and can make any night into a special one. We use the same sound and lighting company that, in the past, has supplies equipment to Artists such as George Hamilton IV, Sandy Kelly, Isla Grant, American Drifters, Brendan Boyer, The Blizzards ect.

During our show

During our show there is no problem with guest singers performing and if needed we will provide backing. At weddings, because this is your Special Day, singers will only be invited up at the request of the Bride and Groom. It would also be very helpful if we knew, prior to the start of our show, if there are going to be guest singers and what songs they might do. This would help to speed up things and keep the show at its proper pace.

Our aim is that your event will run as smooth as possible. In the case of your Wedding Day we realise that with so much to do for the Bride and Groom the more help they get the easier it is.
